The Australian Home Funeral Alliance regularly offer workshops to help achieve our aim for every person dying in Australia to have access to a home funeral.

Showing Up for Older Australians; Creating Death Care Leaders
The Australian Home Funeral Alliance, in conjunction with Death Literacy Institute, Social Health Australia and Your Sunset End of Life Service will host this program which seeks to build death literacy by engaging rural and regional communities in education that improves peoples well-being by empowering people to confidently navigate the death system.
Location - Palliative Care ACT, Tom Elvin Centre. 5 Flemington Road, Lyneham ACT
Date - Friday 16-October 2026 (9am-5pm) and Saturday 17-October 2026 (10am-4pm)
